Monthly Subscriptions: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring changes until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to train. You authorize us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due to us against any credit card you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 60 days after they first appear on your credit card statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 60 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies. We may modify the price, content, or nature of the services at any time.
Cancellation, Costs, and Refunds: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service in your first month of membership.
To request a refund please contact support at email@example.com You may cancel your subscription at any time, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above. It is up to our sole discretion on any changes of our policies. Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed. The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site and or email. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless Aim Long Island personnel, from and against any and all claims, actions, liability, damage, loss or obligations, including all costs, demands expenses, expert fees and costs, and attorney’s fees arising out of Aim Long Island activities pursuant to this Agreement, including by way of illustration and not limitation, to the following: (a) any injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property occurring in or on Aim Long Island equipment, or any part therefore; (b) any default by Aim Long Island in the observance or performance of any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement; or (c) the use, occupancy, or condition of Aim Precision equipment or activities therein.
PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEOTAPE:
I, for myself, my spouse, my child, give permission for Aim Long Island to photograph and video record program activities that include my child. I hereby grant Aim Long Island personnel the right to use, publish, and reproduce these photographs and videos which may be used to promote programs and events for Aim Long Island on the website, social media and other media outlets.
MEDICAL CARE CONSENT:
I grant my authorization and consent to Aim Long Island personnel to administer general first aid treatment for any minor injuries or illnesses experienced by the Minor. If the injury or illness is life-threatening or in need of emergency treatment, I authorize Aim Long Island personnel to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend, transport, and treat the minor and to issue consent for any X-ray, anesthetic, blood transfusion, medication, or other medical diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care deemed advisable by, and to be rendered under the general supervision of, any licensed physician, surgeon, dentist, hospital, or other medical professional or institution duly licensed to practice in the state in which such treatment is to occur. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care.
